Established by the Lal Bahadur Shastri Educational Society in 1995, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management has emerged as one of the top business schools in the country. LBSIM Delhi PGDM Admissions 2022

LBSIM offers admission to the PGDM (General), PGDM (Financial Management) and PGDM (Research and Business Analytics) programs through a rigorous selection process comprising scores from competitive examinations like CAT, GMAT, followed by Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview.

LBSIM Delhi PGDM Eligibility

MBA	Applicants should have valid CAT/GMAT score, with 50% aggregate marks during graduation, after completion of 10+2.

All candidates seeking admission to LBSIM will be required to appear in the Common Admission Test (CAT) at http://www.iimcat.ac.in or Current Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) Score.
Besides CAT/ XAT & Current GMAT Score, candidates are required to register at LBSIM, Delhi through a separate Application Form which will be available along with Information Brochure from the Admission Coordinator, LBSIM, Delhi.
Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT/XAT and Current GMAT score will be called for (Written Ability Test), WAT/Extempore, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) for final selection.

LBSIM PGDM Selection Criteria

Candidates are short-listed on the basis of CAT/ XAT and GMAT scores, prior academic performance, work experience, and other information disclosed in the Application form.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Extempore, Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview, which will be held during February and March 2022.
The weightage for final selection will be 60% for CAT/ XAT and GMAT score and 40% for Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview, past academic performance, written ability test and work experience.
The result of the selected candidates shall also be displayed on the Institute’s Notice Board and also uploaded on the Institute’s website

LBSIM Delhi FPM Admissions 2022

The Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at LBSIM is a doctoral level program that aims to promote research and scholarship in the areas of management education.

Eligibility for FPM Admission

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Management/Economics/Social Science/Physical Science/ Commerce/ Humanities or any related and allied discipline with FIRST CLASS or Equivalent Grade. Those appearing for their final examination can also apply.

FPM Admission Procedure

A candidate fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria should have a valid test score (not older than three years from the closing date of application) in CAT/GMAT//UGC-NET) in relevant discipline. Candidates not having a valid test score in any of the said examinations will be required to appear for and qualify the Research Aptitude Test (RAT) conducted by the the Institute.

FPM Application Procedure

The application in the prescribed form shall be made available to the candidates. Applicant candidates are required to submit the completed applications along with the copies of all the necessary Certificates and testimonials before the last date of submission of the application form. The candidate must submit a research proposal of about 5000 words on the area of his/her research interest (tentative research proposal along with his/ her application.

FPM Qualifying Examination

A candidate fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria should have a valid test score (not older than three years from the closing date of application) in CAT/GMAT/UGC-NET in relevant discipline. In absence of CAT/GMAT/UGNET, RAT conducted by the institute my also be applicable.

FPM Selection Criteria

Selection for the Fellowship Program shall be based on the following criteria:

Personal interview: The decision of the Selection Committee regarding admission shall be Final The successful applicants shall be offered admission. The Institution shall not entertain any queries or correspondence in respect of those not selected. The LBSIM will offer admission to a Maximum of 20 candidates to the Fellow Program in Management in each Academic Year after ensuring availability of the Research Guide as per AlCTE Norms/ Standards.

LBSIM Delhi PGDM (27 Months) & EPGDM Admissions 2022

The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Part Time) is a weekend program designed for professionals working in the mid and senior levels in corporates and having a minimum two years of work experience after graduation.

PGDM (27 Months) Eligibility

Three Year Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Indian /foreign University with a minimum of two years’ experience, Company sponsored candidates will be preferred. The selection will be based on WAT/Extempore, GD & PI.

PGDM Executive

The PGDM Executive is a full-time AICTE approved 15-month programme specifically for high-performing professionals with work experience.

PGDM Executive Eligibility

Three Year Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Minimum five years’ experience. The selection will be based on scores obtained in CAT/GMAT or test conducted by LBSIM and personal interview.

LBSIM Delhi Admission 2022 Admission Process

Besides registering for CAT 2021 / GMAT, candidates are also required to register with LBSIM, Delhi through a separate Application Form which will be available along with Information Brochure at https://forms.lbsim.ac.in.

The Information Brochure containing the Application Form is available with the Admission Coordinator, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi on all working days between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm at LBSIM Dwarka Campus, on payment of Application Fees of INR 1,250/- in cash or by Demand Draft.
Candidates can apply Online also at https://forms.lbsim.ac.in. For online application submission, candidates need to pay INR 1,250/- either through Credit/Debit card, Net Banking.

Interview Centres

Group Discussion and Personal Interview would be conducted at the following centres: Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Ahmedabad, Indore and Thiruvananthapuram. GD/PI centre can be changed by the Institute at its discretion. Candidate is required to select one centre at the time of applying for registration with LBSIM.

Boys Hostel

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management boys hostel facilities include air-conditioned rooms for twin sharing. Transport facilities are also available to pick and drop students from the hostel to the campus.
Girls Hostel

The college also provides hostel facilities for girls. The hostel rooms are very comfortable for the accommodation of outstation students and are located within a 3 km radius. Transport facilities are also provided to the hostellers for commuting to the campus.
Gym

The college gym facility includes the latest equipment for workouts. A gym facility is available for both boys and girls students.
Library

LBSIM Delhi library facilities include a vast collection of books, reports, non-book materials and many more in the areas of management and information technology. The library is very spacious and provides a peaceful environment for research and study.
Sports

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management sports facilities include a table tennis room, badminton court, etc. Various sports events are orgnised in the DDA sports complex, Dwarka.
Cafeteria

The cafeteria is open on all days from 8 am to 8 pm. Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management cafeteria facilities include hygienically prepared fresh meals, various hot and cold options, juice corner, beverages, etc. Both the students and staff members can enjoy their free time socialising in the college cafeteria.
Auditorium

The auditorium is very spacious and is fully air-conditioned. Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management auditorium facilities have the latest equipment. Events and seminars are organised in the college auditorium.
Medical/Hospital

The medical clinic has a doctor for the basic treatment of the students and staff members. Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management medical facilities include all the necessary equipment. A male doctor also visits the college twice a week. The college in association with Rockland Hospital, Benspus Hospital, Artemis Hospital, Dwarka provides ambulance facilities and emergency treatment.

The year 2021-22 brought a grim reality in terms of the world facing the wrath of a severe pandemic halting work and causing major disruption globally. The institute witnessed a great placement season with the average salary package going up by around 17% with the highest package being offered at INR 25.91 LPA. 20% new recruiters added to the list of existing regular recruiters, prominent amongst being Morgan Stanley, Grant Thornton, Oxane Partners, Ruchi Soya. The season was concluded with the average package of the top 25% students being INR 14.4 LPA.

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management Scholarships

LBSIM, being one of the best business colleges in India, provides financial support for the candidates who cannot afford the fees for the courses. It has scholarship programmes for the students admitted to the PGDM General course and PGDM Finance course in their first and second years.

The scholarship is awarded on a Merit Cum Means method, which implies that a meritorious student, who ranks in the college and has financial problems should be compensated through the scholarship.
The LBSIM scholarship is awarded to a total of 5 students.
Four scholarships are awarded under Lalita Shastri Scholarship and one scholarship is awarded under Manuj Chopra Scholarship.
The students are awarded a sum of INR 50,000 each.
The students are selected based on various criteria. First, their family background and financial records are checked.
The candidate’s academic records are also checked to see if they’re worthy of the scholarship.
After all the details are checked, they call the applicant and award them the scholarship.
