The Bebe Nanki Girls Hostel, Mata Tripta Girls Hostel, and Mata Jeeto girls hostel are designed and built keeping in mind the main aspects of a comfortable lifestyle. Special care is taken to maintain strict hygienic conditions. These hostels can accommodate more than 600 girls students at one time. The hostel campus is very neat and clean having proper security arrangements around the clock. A lady doctor and lady pharmacist daily visit the hostel during the fixed timing to provide the medical facility to the students. The main library is centrally air-conditioned. Specialized collection of books, Journals, Magazines. The collection is replete with 50,000 Volumes of Books, 18 journals and 58 Magazines. The Library Contributes to the fulfillment of the College’s mission by: Selecting, acquiring, organizing, maintaining and making accessible a collection of printed and non-printed materials that will support the educational, research and public service programs of both the students and the faculty. Responding to the varying needs of the academic community by involving the faculty, the students and the administration in the development and periodic assessment of the library services and resources. Providing an environment conducive to the optimum use of library materials and an appropriate schedule of hours of service and professional assistance. Participating in overall computing resources plan and providing for full library utilization of automation technology, physical facilities, and equipment adequate to process.

The college lays considerable emphasis on the importance of sports in today’s scientific era and its vitality in the shaping of an individual’s personality and health and fitness. The College has a world-class athletic track, a stadium, Badminton and Basketball Court. A Gymnasium hall equipped with all modern machines is available for the use of students. Mata Gujri College has produced a number of National and International players in Wrestling, Kabaddi, Hockey, etc. In order to facilitate participation in sports activities, the college also provides scholarships to the students. Faculty in Physical Education department and coaches are available for scientific teaching, training, and coaching in various games and sports and physical fitness programs.

The College provides the facility of a well-structured triple-story canteen that provides nutritious and healthy food at subsidized rates. There are separate sections for staff and students, especially for the girl students. The canteen is equipped with modern furniture and automatic cooking and storage facilities which offer hot snacks and beverages. It is well maintained with an efficient service. The canteen remains in operation from 8.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Mata Gujri College has fully AC “Bhai Nand Lal” auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 500 persons. The Auditorium serves as a space for encouraging creativity and fostering communication. Many events like Departmental Fests, Seminars, Guest lectures, and important functions including the annual College day, etc. are staged on it. The auditorium has a very advanced light and sound system. It is equipped with a large stage, comfortable seating, carpeting, wall paneling for acoustic effects, air-conditioners and podium. It is equipped with digital video projectors and projection screens.

The college has its own Medical Centre where the medical facilities exist for the students and staff members. A duly-qualified staff and proper stock of medicines have been ensured by the college authorities. In addition to the day-to-day attendance to ailments, special attention is paid to the health of the students.

The college campus is connected through optical fiber cable as well as Wi-Fi networks. Students have access to internet through 100mbps optical fiber and have 1:1 connectivity. The coverage of Wi-Fi is not only restricted to classrooms but it extends to every nook and corner of the campus including library, auditorium, cafeteria, Lawns, and hostels. More than 80 Wi-Fi managed Access Points have been installed on the campus which has enabled the campus students to use the Internet on their laptops and other electronic gadgets sitting anywhere on the campus. A staff highly qualified professionals in the field of computers, guide the students and gives them practical training in a computer Laboratory, equipped adequately with the latest generation computer with Color monitors. We are Having Hi-Tech, Well Equipped, Fully Air-Conditioned 8 computer Labs including 1 latest apple iMac Lab.

For the transportation of the day-scholar students and staff, the college has 14 buses. The bus routes are operated after taking into account the need of the students. All students make use of college transport or stay in the hostel. All the buses reach the campus before 8:50 a.m.

Chemistry Laboratory is a required component of most chemistry courses. The purpose of these laboratories is to advance knowledge and to apply chemical science to the good of the students.college has three Chemistry laboratories namely Inorganic, Organic and Physical. Highly qualified faculty members guide the students for practical and research work. The physics department has two Labs, fully equipped with the latest apparatus like the advanced scintillation counter with MCA Card, GM Counter, ESR Resonance, Ultrasonic interferometer, Microwave Kit, Optical Fibre Kit, Fabry Perot Interferometer, Electronic Plug-in Kit, etc. which are sufficient to fulfill the needs of our B.Sc and M.Sc students for better understandings of the theoretical concepts. The demonstration-type of experimental set-ups like nano-technology and CDS (Constant Deviation spectrometer) are also available in labs.
