Loyola College of Social Sciences
Loyola College of Social Sciences was established by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in 1963, the College offers courses in M A (Sociology), MSW (Masters in Social Work), MAHRM (Masters in Human Resource Management) and MSc Counseling Psychology. The College is associated to the University of Kerala and is a perceived Research Center of the University. The Center plans understudies for Ph.D. in Sociology, Social work and Management Studies and furthermore takes up supported research ventures. An undeniable Extension Services, Loyola Extension Services (LES) is remarkable component of the College. The LES goes about as the Social Lab of the College.
Consistent with the Jesuit convention of MAGIS (Excellence) and the pledge to Faith and Justice, Loyola endeavors to arrive at the advantages of advanced education to the individuals, particularly the minimized. In arriving at this objective, we are guided by the Ignatian vision of life and its application in Jesuit Education.
