Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Noida was established in 1998. It is situated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Institute of Management Studies, Noida is also known as IMS Noida. The IMS Noida campus is a UGC recognised institute approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India & Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is affiliated to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU), Lucknow and CCS University Meerut. The institute is accredited by NAAC with an A grade. IMS also has academic collaborations with several international universities and aims to develop a global mindset in its students. Institute of Technology and Science (ITS), Mohan Nagar was founded in 1995 under the aegis of Durga Charitable Society. ITS Mohan Nagar is approved by All Indian Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited with ‘A’ grade by NAAC. The college focuses on quality education and providing a friendly environment to students. It further aims at developing students skills and provides them with the opportunities to become a better person. There are a total 63 faculty members at ITS Mohan Nagar. The institute offers two courses i.e MBA and MCA. The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme offered by the college is accredited with A grade by the NBA.

Both MBA and MCA courses are affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. ITS Mohan Nagar accepts the score of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) entrance examination for admission to MBA and MCA courses. The institute also offers scholarships to students based on their performance in academics.

The institute has collaborations with a number of indian and international institutes like Nanyang Institute of Management (Singapore) AIESEC, IIT Delhi etc. ITS Mohan Nagar has facilities like library, hostel, auditorium, laboratories and cafeteria. Workshops, seminars and other events are a regular part of college curriculum. For placement activities ITS has a Corporate Resource Council (CRC). The college also has various societies and cells to manage and organise sports and co-curricular activities.
