BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JAIPUR,RAJASTHANBirla Institute of Technology (BIT) Jaipur was established in 1995, and is affiliated to BIT Ranchi. It is approved by AICTE and UGC. BIT Jaipur offers admission in B.E, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, M.Sc. and Ph.D. admissions are both entrance and merit-based. Applications are accepted online.
Admissions to the B.E program are through Joint Seat Allotment Authority (JoSAA). The students are eligible to apply only if they pass 10+2 with PCM with 45% aggregate and have qualified JEE Main exam.For BBA and BCA admissions students should have passed 10+2 with 50%. Admission is offered on the basis of merit.MBA admissions are given to those students who qualify for either CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT entrance. The students are also required to score at least 50% in a bachelor’s degree in any field.To be eligible for MCA admissions, students must qualify for MCA Online entrance along with 55% in B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Students can also have a bachelor's degree in Arts. Ph.D. admissions are based on an internal entrance exam and m=scores in master’s degrees.Placements for 2017-18 were offered to 56 students from 23 companies. The highest package offered was INR 23 LPA while the average package was INR 6.47 LPA.
