Eligibility Criteria
For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): Passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University will be required.
For Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): Passed 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent will be required.

SSC CHSL 2020 Application Form
The application form should be filled in correctly giving all the mandatory details. The Application Form can be downloaded from the official website which is www.ssc.nic.in. An application fee should be paid as per the required payment mode. Candidates also need to upload some required documents. A recent passport size photo and signature should be uploaded in the specified format. The application form should be previewed completely about all the filled-in details, before submitting it. Finally, the print out of the hard copy should be taken for future references.

For reserved category candidates, age relaxation would be applicable as per the central government rules.

SSC CGL 2020 Application Form
Candidates need to register by entering his/her e-mail ID, phone number and password. Use registration details to log in. Fill in the detailed application form with all the correct details. Upload scanned photograph and signature as per the dimensions mentioned in the JPEG format. The next step after successfully filling and uploading is to pay application fees. The application fee for unreserved male candidates is INR 100 while female and reserved category candidates are exempted from any fee. Candidates are advised to take a print of the filled application form.

The application fee will be Rs.100/-.
Candidates can pay the application fee with the use of a debit card, credit card, net banking or through SBI bank challan.
Candidates claiming under Female/SC/ST/PH categories; are not required to make payment of the fee.
Selection Process
There will be two stages of the examination, the written examination, and the skill test.
Tier 1: Written exam of objective type questions of 200 marks.
Tier 2: It is a descriptive test of 100 marks and conducted in offline mode;
Typing Test/Skill Test: For candidates who get qualifying marks in Tier 2 exam.

The written examination shall comprise of multiple-choice questions.
The exam duration for Tier I will be 60 min.
One-fourth marks of the total marks allotted to the question will be deducted as penalty for every wrong answer.
Questions in the examination will be from various topics viz. General Intelligence, English Language, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude.

Tier II
The exam will be of 100 marks.
This Tier will be qualifying in nature.
The exam is of 60 min duration (80 minutes for candidates who are visually handicapped or suffer from cerebral palsy).
Tier III
Skill Test for Data Entry Operator(DEO):
The duration of the Test will be 15 min.
Data Entry Speed of 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depressions per hour on Computer.
Typing Test for Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant LDCs and Court Clerks:
The Typing Test will be of qualifying in nature.
It will be conducted in English or Hindi as per the choice of candidate in the application form.
The typing speed of 35 words per minute for English and 30 words per minute for Hindi.
The speed will be adjudged on the accuracy of typing on the Computer of a given text passage in 10 minutes (30 min for Visually Handicapped candidates).
SSC CHSL 2020 Admit Card
The admit card will be released at least two weeks before the dates of the respective examinations and will be available region wise on the website of the commission. The candidates who qualify in the first stage of the examination shall be issued a separate admit card for stage 2 examination. Applicants can download the admit card online only. The candidate should carry the examination hall ticket to the examination center.
SSC CHSL 2020 Answer Key
The Answer Key for Stage 1 examination shall be available online for all the subjects. For checking the correct answer to all the questions, candidates are required to download the answer key. To calculate their expected score and analyzing their performance in the examination, the answer key is very helpful. In case of any doubt of anomaly, the candidates will have an opportunity to submit representation against the provisional answer key.
Result
First, the result of the first stage of the examination will be declared.
Candidates, who qualify the written examination, will be asked to appear in the skill test.
After the skill test is commenced, the final result will be announced.
