CUET 2023 – The National Testing Agency will conduct CUET 2023 for admission to 44 central, 51 private, 21 state and 13 deemed to be universities. National Testing Agency has started the CUET 2023 registration process on February 9, at the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in. The last date to fill CUET application form 2023 is March 12, 2023. The CUET 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to 31 for admission to undergraduate and integrated postgraduate courses in 129 participating universities. Candidates can register themselves, submit the required documents and pay the pre-requisite fee to complete the CUET 2023 application process. CUET city of examination will be announced on April 30, 2023. CUET admit card 2023 will be issued in the second week of May. CUET 2023 result will be announced in third week of June.

CUET Exam Pattern 2023

The CUET test 2023 will be held in three slots, divided into four sections. These sections are – Section 1A (language test), Section 1B (optional language test), Section 2 (domain-specific test) and Section 3 (general test).

CUET 2023 Mock Test

NTA will release the CUET 2023 mock tests in online mode. Candidates preparing for the exam can access the CUET UG mock tests through the official website of NTA. CUET 2023 Admit Card

National Testing Agency will release the CUET admit card on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in in second week of May. Candidates can login using their CUET application ID and password to download the CUET admit card. The admit card will include important information such as exam centre details, exam date, timing, important instructions, etc. Candidates must take a printout of the admit card and keep it safe till the admission process completes.

CUET 2023 Exam Day Instructions

NTA sets some important instructions for the candidates that need to be strictly followed during the exam day. All the candidates must reach the exam centre at least 2 hours prior to reporting time to avoid any last-minute hustle. Candidates must bring a printout of the CUET admit card, ID card and a recent passport size photograph. Below is the list of things to carry and not to carry during the CUET exam.

Things to carry at CUET Test Centre 2023

• A simple transparent ballpoint pen

• Additional photographs

• Admit card along with self-declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website

• An authorised photo IDs – School identity card/ PAN card/ Driving license/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar card (With photograph)/E-Aadhaar with photograph/ Ration card with photograph/ Class 12 board admit card with photograph/ Bank passbook with photograph.

• Transparent water bottle

• Personal hand sanitizer

• Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.

• PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer.

Things not to carry at CUET 2023 Test Centre

• Study material of any type

• Electronic devices

• Geometry box/ pouch/ scale/ pencil-box

• No jewellery – Rings, bracelet, earrings, pendants, charms, nose pin, chain/ necklace, badge, brooch, hair band, hair pin, clothes with full sleeves or big buttons

• Wallet or handbag or goggles

CUET 2023 Answer Key

NTA will release the CUET answer key 2023 a few days after the exam. Candidates will be able to download the provisional CUET answer key from the official website – cuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates can check the correct answers to the questions asked in the CUET exam, and if found incorrect, candidates can also raise objections within the given time frame. NTA will evaluate all the objections and release a final answer key on the website.

CUET 2023 Result

NTA will announce the CUET result online in third week of June. Candidates will be able to check the CUET result 2023 from the CUET official website. To download the result, candidates are required to enter their application number and date of birth. The result of CUET will include the marks obtained by the candidates in the CUET UG exam, and candidates can use this score for admission to various participating universities.

CUET Marking Scheme 2023

NTA sets the marking scheme for CUET UG exam. The students will be awarded 5 marks for each correct response. For every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted from the total marks. No marks will be deducted for not answering a question.

CUET Score Card 2023

The National Testing Agency will announce the CUET UG result in the form of a scorecard. The CUET scorecard will include the candidate’s details and the normalized scores. The scorecard of CUET will be used for admission to all the participating universities, hence it is mandatory for all the candidates to keep it safe till the admission process completes.

CUET 2023 Normalization Process

CUET UG exam will be conducted in three slots on different dates, so in order to create a level playing field in terms of difficulty level CUET normalization procedure is used by NTA. CUET percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all the candidates in all the rounds of the examination.

Percentile score – 100 X Number of candidates who appeared in the ‘Session’ with raw score equal to or less than the candidate.

There are a total of 129 universities participating in the CUET. The participating universities includes 44 central universities and some other universities. All these universities will accept the CUET UG scores for admission to the CUET programmes. The CUET participating universities offer admission to various undergraduate courses including B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc and integrated postgraduate courses. CUET 2023 – Previous Year’s Statistics
