Shyam University, Dausa Placements:-

Shyam University, Dausa has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Training sessions on personality development and communication skills are also conducted for students to help them prepare better for the overall recruitment process. The university also makes sure that they can help most of the students getting placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. Shyam University, Dausa also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written test. Detailed description on the whole procedure of placement followed by the Training & Placement cell of the university are mentioned below in steps.

• The Training & Placement cell coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure.

• The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

• Recruiters will then fix dates with Shyam University, Dausa to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview. 

• Students are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware about the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.

• Students of the university also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

• Students of Shyam University, Dausa who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interview namely Technical Interview and HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.

• Students qualifying all rounds of tests and interviews, are then offered job offers and salary packages depending on their performance and overall scores in their academics.
