The Vivekananda Global University is a private institute which is located in Jaipur. It is known to be one of the best private institutes of Rajasthan founded in 2012. The varsity was established by the Rajasthan State Assembly Act 11/2012. The institution is also sponsored by Bagaria Education Trust. The pivotal aim of Vivekananda Global University is to focus on innovation, research, placements, and entrepreneurship. The University has five constituent colleges that focus on excellence and creates excellent exposure for the students. The colleges are – Marudhar Engineering College (MEC) Bikaner, Vivekananda Institute of Technology, Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Vivekananda Institute of Technology(East) and Vivek Techno School. ADMISSION DETAILS

The minimum eligibility criteria for applicants is to qualify 10+2, IB, A level or equivalent exam in any discipline. The minimum aggregate should be 45% marks from any recognized board.
For BHM, BBA, BSc, BA, B.Com, BCA
VGU Jaipur B.Sc Eligibility Criteria 2020
The candidates need to qualify 10+2 from any recognized board. Also, the candidate should have passed class 12 in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Computer stream.
VGU Jaipur BCA Eligibility Criteria 2020
The eligibility criteria for applicants is to pass class 12 examination with 45% aggregated marks from any recognized board like CBSE. The reserved category candidates need to pass the class 12 exam with an aggregate of 40% marks.
VGU Jaipur B.A. Eligibility Criteria 2020
An applicant should have passed 10+2 from CBSE or any other recognized board. In order to apply for B.A., the candidate should have scored an aggregate of 50% marks.
VGU Jaipur B.Com Eligibility Criteria 2020
The basic eligibility criteria are qualifying the class 10+2 examination from any recognized board and with the aggregate of 45% marks.

In VGU Jaipur, the selection process is conducted for BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A., BHM, BCA courses on the basis of merit. A merit list is prepared on the basis of marks scored in class 12 and the candidates are selected based on it.

VGU Jaipur De-Code Application Process 2020
Decode is an entrance test conducted by VGU Jaipur. The test is given by the Vivekananda Global University, through the online mode. The application form for the Decode is made available online. Applicants can fill the forms online and make an online payment of Rs. 2000 to proceed with the application process.
Registration for DE-CODE
Step 1: Register for decode online
Step 2: A computerised verification link will be sent to the registered email ID. Candidates can activate their account by clicking on that link.
Step 3: Candidates will have to provide the required details in the application form.
Step 4: After filling the academic and personal details, applicants will have to upload the required documents, accept the declaration, and submit the online application form.
Step 5: The application process will be successful once the candidate makes an online payment of 2000/- INR.
Decode Exam Pattern
The decode will comprise of two papers. Paper 1 will be an aptitude test and will be for a duration of 60 minutes. It will have multiple-choice questions. Paper 2, on the other hand, will be a creativity test of a duration of 120 minutes. This paper will have subjective questions with answers in visual (graphical representation).

Eligibility Criteria and Scheme Details
The Vivekananda Global University offers scholarship programmes to the students. The candidates are advised to have detailed knowledge about the different scholarship programmes in order to avail them. Scholarships can turn out to be of great help. It provides the candidates a room to pursue their education without feeling any sort of financial pressure. VGU offers two types of scholarships to the students namely merit-based scholarship and alumni based scholarship.
Merit-based Scholarship
Scholarships based on merit are offered to the students of first-year undergraduate programmes except that of B.Com. It is to be noted that the scholarship granted is only applicable to the tuition fees. The scholarship gets continued in the second year onwards only if the candidates maintain the percentage they had during admission without any backs. Alumni-based Scholarship
All the alumni members of Vivekananda Global Institute can avail the alumni-based scholarship programmes. The boys get a waiver of 25% and the female students get 30% of scholarship on tuition fees. All the staff members of the institute who have completed two years of span serving the institute or more can avail a scholarship of 30% on the academic fee.

National Cadet Corp Club
N.C.C. is a dynamic organization of young boys and girls all over the India. It plays an important role in inculcating values of character, patriotism, unity and selfless services amongst the youth. It helps in shaping the youth into discipline responsible citizen of India. NCC provides a platform for self development and helps to chanalise their energy and potential towards nation building. Vivekananda Social Services Association (VSSA)
The VSSA club organizes Blood Donation Camps on October 01, every year in the college with the State Center of Red Cross Society of India and motivates young people to donate their blood for the cause of humanity. More than 400 students and faculty members donated blood during the last Camp organised on 1st Oct 2014. Students also visit old age homes, homes for mentally retarded, organize awareness campaigns in villages. A wing of VSSA is Eco- Friends Club.
The Eco-friends club has been established to instil awareness about the environment. Members of the club strive to promote eco-friendly habits not only in the college but also among the masses. The members of the club regularly organise tree plantation actiVGUies in and around the Campus and also in residential colonies of Jaipur city.
Foreign Languages Club
The club arranges for German and French language classes for students in order to enhance their performance and increase their employability.
Robotics club
Robotics club started with an objective to inculcate basic knowledge of robotics among the students and enable them to undertake project work as a part of learning process and to organize competitions to develop competencies among students. The aim of the club is achieved by imparting basic knowledge through experts’ lectures, undertaking group-wise time targeted project work, organizing competition of the functional models within groups and awards prizes for the best models. Students have won laurels at several Robotics competitions at State and National level including at IIT Delhi. The club inculcates basic knowledge of robotics, undertakes project work and organize competitions. The students are given knowledge related to wire controlled robots, wireless robots and intelligent robots. Workshop on robotics is organized on regular basis to enhance knowledge of the students. The teams of VGI students participated in events at IIT-J, LNMIT, IIT Kanpur and various other National Institutes. Our teams also won I prize at IIT – Rajasthan; II prize at LNMIT; III prize at IIT-Delhi, III prize at MNIT.
