DIAS New Delhi Admission Process
Admission for both the UG courses of BBA and B.Com. are carried out based on the Common Entrance Test (CET) which is conducted every year by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Admissions are purely based on the marks scored by the students in the Common Entrance Test (CET). And the admission for MBA course is based on the merit list of Common Admission Test (CAT) which is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) on a regular basis. Instead of CET, MBA admission is done through the merit list which is prepared by the institution based on the normalized CAT score.
Application Procedure:
- Visit the concerned site of the entrance conducting body of CAT/CET.
- Register with all the required details.
- Register in the institution if needed.
- Upload the documents for it in the concerned places.
- Submit the form after preview.
- Appear and get good ranking.
- If shortlisted, the admission might be finalized after clearing any additional rounds as mandated by the institution or after documents verification.

The Institute has an excellent, well-stocked library having more than 21,984 books with over 6466 titles and 141 periodicals & access of 641 E-Journals in Management and Computer Science.The library is well equipped with Reference Books, Periodicals, Research Reports and Magazines of International standards in the area of Management, Computer Applications and General Education. The project works of all the batches of MBA and MCA of the Institute are available in the library for the ready reference of the students.

DIAS New Delhi Placements
It conducts campus interviews or drives every year and leading recruiters like ICICI Bank, Kotak Life Insurance, IndusInd Bank, 99 Acres, S&P Global, Secure Now, Bajaj Allianz, Nest Keys, Cure Fit and Learning Routes visits the campus drives in a regular basis in search of the eligible candidate for their firm.
- The percentage of the candidates getting placed ranges from 60 to 80% every year.
- Totally 83 students were placed in the placement drive conducted this year (2018-2020 batch) and 60% of the students were placed.
- The highest package offered was 10 LPA and the average package of all the students was 4 LPA.
In the 2019 placement drive at DIAS, about 80 companies for MBA and 69 companies for MCA visited the campus for recruitments. MBA placements were 100% while MCA placements were 76%. Total students placed from MCA were 31 out of 41 while total students placed from MBA were 96 out of 96.
