The admission shall be granted on the basis of merit list prepared by taking into account sixty percentage weight age of marks in theory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics of all four semesters examination of Std. XI and Std XII Science conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board in March and 40% weight age of percentile marks of GUJCET examination.
To be eligible in B.tech a candidate should have done 10+2 or HSC by securing minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Math and for others 50% aggregate in HSC from Science stream is required
In BPT/B.Sc (nursing) 85% seats are filled by entrance examination and 15% seats are filled by Charotar University under NRI quota.
GUJCET for admission is conducted by GSEB (Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board).

- For admission, a candidate has to sit for GUJCET entrance examination.
- Admission is on done on merit basis and in merit list sixty percentage weight age of marks is given to marks obtained in theory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and 40% weight age of percentile marks of GUJCET examination.
- Candidates appearing in JEE need not appear in GUJCET.
CHARUSAT Dual Degree/ BBA/BCA and MBA/MCA Admission 2022
Admission in BCA/BBA course is done on the basis of merit list prepared according to the marks obtained by the applicants. Candidates who have done 12th with English (preferably) as a subject are eligible to apply. For Dual Degree course 12th should be done in Science stream.
Admissions to MBA/MCA are provided by merit list prepared according to the marks scored by the applicants in CMAT entrance examination. Applicants having 50% marks in respective Bachelor degree are eligible.
Application form for BBA/BCA/Dual Degree course are to be downloaded from the University website , forms are also available during office hours at CMPICA, Changa.
For MBA/MCA admission is done through CMAT – Common Management Test conducted by AICTE, New Delhi. Applicants have to fill online Application form by accessing official website . Registration fees for a General male candidate are 1400/- and for females and SC/ST is 700/- is to be paid through SBI Challan/ Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking.
CMAT is a 3-hour Computer Based Test. The candidates are tested on various segments i.e. Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Language Comprehension.
