Sri Satya Sai University of Technology and Medical Sciences, Sehore provides various facilities.  This includes a library, computer lab, hostel, conference room and auditorium.

Transportation: SSSUTMS bus facilities are available from every corner of Bhopal as well as from Sehore and nearby interiors of Sehore, including Ashta, Icchawar.

Library: SSSUTMS library has the latest volumes, in the fields engineering, science, technology, management, medicine, pharmacy, medical sciences, and general areas. It has the membership for e-resources and has a subscription to national and international peer-reviewed e-journals.

Medical Facilities: The SSSUTMS campus has a medical facility. Medical doctors and other necessary first aid and emergency medicines are available for the staff and students. 

Sports: SSSUTMS sports has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor games like carrom, table tennis, chess are available on the campus. The college has a well-furnished football field and cricket fields. It also has a hockey field, handball, volleyball and badminton court. Tournaments in these sports are organized in the institute at University level. SSSUTMS organises annual sports every year in which students of all disciplines take part.

Canteen: SSSUTMS has a well-maintained canteen situated within the institute campus premises. Hygienic tasty snacks and food items are available during institute timings at reasonable rates.

Computer Centre: The computer centre of SSSUTMS maintains and manages campus networking and internet facility. It provides both wired and WiFi connectivity to students and staff. The centre is equipped with the latest system/application software, operating system and various utility software. All students & staff are allowed to access the internet for academic and research purposes.

Hostel: Hostel facilities at the Sri Satya Sai University of Technology and Medical Sciences are provided for boys and girls. It is equipped with all the modern facilities. The hostel has the facilities of a reading room, an indoor games room, a lounge and a dining hall with a mess, a computer room and a TV in the common room.

NCC: Students of the Sri Satya Sai University of Technology and Medical Sciences voluntarily join the organisation with the spirit of serving the nation. Regular camps are organised at the Battalion level. The students are trained to develop leadership, character, sportsmanship, confidence and to create a force of trained and disciplined youth which could be utilized for the nation in case of an emergency. 

Laboratories: Each department of the SSSUTMS has well-equipped laboratories. It is providing extensive and contemporary facilities for science teaching and research.  

ICT Facilities: The seminar hall, conference hall and smart classrooms are equipped with the latest teaching aids like LCD projector, slide projector and overhead projector. The halls are used for conducting guest lectures, symposiums and seminars.

Bank and ATM: SSSUTMS has a full-fledged branch of Punjab National Bank and its ATM in the college premises. The bank provides zero balance accounts to students. This helps them in applying for the education loan.
