Admission will be entirely on merit, based on the Admission Test. Candidates must submit the certificates mentioned below to be considered for admission in ‘Christian Minority with Service Commitment Category’. The following attested photocopies should be uploaded along with the application form. 

1. Baptism certificate 
2. Letter from the Pastor in-charge of the church regarding church membership with dates
3. A ‘Letter of Service Commitment’ from Body/Church of the CMC Ludhiana Society.
4. Domicile certificate

Test pattern: 

The Admission Written Test will be conducted in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (of 11th and 12th class standard under 10+2 system) and also shall include test on General Aptitude. 

1. There will be 50 questions on each subject, i.e. a total of 200 questions. All questions will be Multiple Choice Type with 4 choices each. 
2. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. 
3. Bible Test will also be of Objective type with 50 questions, based on facts from the Holy Bible (English Language only). 

Note: Bible Test marks are not considered for merit preparation.

9. 4 recent passport size colour photographs and 3 Stamp size colour photographs.
10. 2 Colour passport photographs of Parents and Guardians
11. Undertaking that all certificates are original.

1. Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University, Chandigarh.

1. B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University, Chandigarh. 

Registration: Applicant should be a Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife, as recognized by the Nursing Council of India. 

A Candidate who is not a Registered Midwife must have a short course certificate recognized by INC.

Experience Required:

Minimum one year work experience in Bed side Nursing / Public Health Nursing / Teaching after declaration of Final result of B.Sc. Nursing or prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing before(date of Counselling).

CMC Ludhiana M.Sc Selection Criteria

Admission to M.Sc Nursing, offered by CMC Ludhiana is granted on the basis of Admission Test (Conducted by CMC Ludhiana). This test will consist of a written test. 

Written test: This test will consist of Multiple Choice Questions based on B.Sc. Nursing Syllabus prescribed by Indian Nursing Council for a maximum of 180 marks.

Eligibility: In order to be considered for admission a candidate should have atleast 35% marks in written test.

Additional Marks: 

1. College of Nursing,CMC Ludhiana Graduates (B.Sc/GNM with Post Basic) will be given 10 additional marks.
2. College of Nursing,CMC Ludhiana Graduates (B.Sc/GNM with Post Basic) who have satisfactorily completed a minimum of 2 years of service obligation or served in CMC Hospital or a member body of CMC Ludhiana Society without service obligation, will get 10 marks. 

OR

 Staff Nurses working in a Government Hospital located in a Rural Area, for a minimum period of 2 years will get 10 marks.

Declaration of Merit List: Provisional Merit list will be put on the Notice Board of the Registrar’s Office, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana on or before 30th August, 2021. 

Tie Break : In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in the complete entrance examination, their inter se merit will be determined in order of preference as under :

1.  Written Test marks out of 180.
2.  Age of the candidate in favour of the older candidate.

All NEET qualified candidates applying in any Category are required to apply to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (State Counselling Authority), as per the details given on their website, www.bfuhs.ac.in, by the due date.
