About AP EAMCET
An Undergraduate entrance examination for admission into Agriculture, Engineering and Medical (paramedical programmes to be precise) programmes offered by various renowned Institutions in the state of Andhra Pradesh is conducted annually by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK) which goes by the name of Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test or AP EAMCET. This state-level entrance examination is conducted in online mode on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Amravati. Thousands of students from the state appear in the popular AP EAMCET entrance exam every year with a hope of getting into B.Sc, B.Tech and B.Pharm courses taught in the AP EAMCET participating institutions.
The AP EAMCET exam is usually conducted in April every year for which the online application forms tentatively go live during February. The exam dates for Engineering, Agriculture and Medical programmes may differ and so may the answer key release dates. However, the result for all the programmes will be declared on the same date, as has been the case till now.
Once the AP EAMCET result is declared, a merit/rank list is prepared based on which the counselling and seat allotment is carried out.
AP EAMCET is conducted for 3 hours bilingually where the test-takers have to attempt a total of 160 objective-type questions.

The eligibility criteria of AP EAMCET 2020 has been released by APSCHE for all the candidates who will be appearing for the exam. AP EAMCET 2020 will be conducted from April 20, 2020, in online (Computer Based) mode. Before filling the AP EAMCET 2020 application form, applicants are requested to check the detailed AP EAMCET eligibility criteria which specify the conditions related to academic qualifications, age limit, nationality, etc which applicants must fulfil in order to be eligible for AP EAMCET 2020. If an applicant fails to meet with any of the given eligibility norms then he/she will be not allowed to appear for the entrance exam or take part in the admission process of AP EAMCET.
