Apex University, also known as AU, is a private university which was established by Sanjay Shiksha Samiti in 2018 under Act No 27 of Rajasthan State Legislature. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The technical programmes offered by the University are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The University is also approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
