UGC NET 2024 Application Correction
Correction facility is provided by the authority from 21st to 23rd May 2024. Candidates are able to correct details using their login details. Candidate who have done any mistake in the application form must edit it during the UGC NET correction window.
Any request for change in the application form is not provided after closer of the correction window. Corrections sent by the candidates through post or any other offline method will not be entertained by the authority.

UGC NET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the UGC NET 2024 exam, candidates should review the following eligibility requirements:
Qualification: Applicants must hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or college to be eligible.
Age Limit: Candidates applying for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) should be no older than 30 years as of the first day of the month. However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for candidates from reserved categories, including SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PWD, and Third Gender. There is no age limit for those applying for the position of assistant professor.
Marks Criteria: Candidates are required to achieve a minimum of 55% marks in their qualifying examination (or 50% for SC, ST, PWD, OBC-NCL, and Third Gender candidates).
Appearing: Candidates in their final year or those awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

UGC NET 2024 Answer Key
Candidates can expect to download their answer keys a few days following the exam. The answer key for the December 2024 session will be made available in December. For the June session, the provisional answer key was released on September 7, 2024, through an online platform.
The answer key will list the correct answers to the questions posed during the examination. Additionally, the authority will provide the question papers and recorded responses within 2-3 days post-exam. Access to the provisional answer key will require a login.
Using the UGC NET answer key, candidates can estimate their scores from the exam. They also have the opportunity to raise objections against the provisional answer key, with a processing fee of Rs. 200/- for each question challenged. This fee is non-refundable.
Once all objections have been submitted, the authority will issue the final UGC NET 2024 answer key. The results will then be announced based on this final key.
The UGC NET Result for the June session was officially released on October 17, 2024, and can be accessed online. Candidates are required to log in using their application number or date of birth to view their results. Only those who participated in the examination are permitted to check their results.

UGC NET 2024 Selection Process
