IMS Noida facilities and infrastructure includes a well-maintained girls hostel. Various functions are celebrated at the IMS Noida girls hostel such as festivals, workshops and special cuisines on special occasions.  The facilities of the hostel have been designed to be pleasant and conducive for study. IMS Noida girls hostel is equipped with several facilities like hygienic food, RO drinking water facility and well-furnished rooms. There is a 24×7 security system in the hostel. The students are looked after by two full-time wardens and a hostel coordinator. Each floor of the girls’ hostel has a refrigerator and a RO system. Electricity and power backup is available 24 hours a day, and a hot water supply is also available. In the girls’ hostel, there is a health club that includes aerobic classes and dance classes. The girls’ hostel has a recreation room for different indoor games. It’s a Wi-Fi-enabled hostel. IMS Noida girls’ hostel also has an in-house beauty parlour for the girl students. In the hostel, there is a convenience store with everyday necessities. IMS-Noida has signed an agreement with the Sports Authority of India (SAI) to help students develop their entire personalities. It has all of the amenities for both outdoor and indoor sports. The are several sports equipment for indoor games like table tennis, carom, and chess and outdoor games like cricket, football, basketball, badminton etc. In addition to sports,  yoga and meditation classes are available.
