NEET PG 2025 (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate) is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma/DNB courses in India.
It is the only qualifying exam for admission to postgraduate medical courses in India (except AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, and NIMHANS until 2020, now merged under NEET PG).
The revised NEET PG 2025 schedule has been released by the NBE following a Supreme Court ruling directing a single shift exam for fairness.

To apply for NEET PG 2025, candidates must fulfill the following:
MBBS Degree from a recognized institution (with MCI/NMC approval)
Completion of Internship on or before August 15, 2025
Valid Provisional or Permanent Registration Certificate issued by the NMC / State Medical Council
NEET PG follows the syllabus prescribed by the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by the NMC. The exam includes subjects from MBBS curriculum, including:
Pre-clinical: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry
Para-clinical: Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine
Clinical: Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, etc.
