The institution has 4 boys hostels. The hostels have single, double and triple beds with AC and non AC rooms. The hostels have all the modern amenities for the students. The hostels have TV on every floor with cable connection. Optional washing services are also provided to the students. The hostel is well covered with CCTV surveillance for security purposes.

The institution has a single girls hostel. Girls hostel is well-equipped with AC and non AC with single, double and triple beds. For the students, the hostels feature all of the contemporary conveniences. Every floor of the hostel has a cable-connected TV. The hostel is well-protected by CCTV surveillance for security reasons.

BIHER has a well-equipped gym with modern equipment such as a dumble, treadmill, plates, rods, adjustable bench for fitness freak students.

The institution has a well-equipped library with a large collection of books, magazines, articles, national and international journals. The books of the library cater to all disciplines and a major volume of books are present for all branches of engineering and technology.

The university has a sports complex where a variety of indoor and outdoor games are played. Outdoor games such as Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Cricket, Throwball and indoor games such as Table Tennis and Carrom are played by the students.

The college has a well-equipped cafeteria which serves healthy and hygienic food to its teachers and students. The cafeteria serves vegetarian and non vegetarian food at reasonable rates.

The campus has a multipurpose auditorium with amenities like light and sound. The auditorium is used to host a variety of guest lectures, seminars and cultural programmes.  

The university has a primary health care centre which looks after the health of students, teachers and supporting staff. In case of emergency, students and teachers are treated by the doctors of the university hospital. The hospital of the university is well-equipped with ICU and emergency care. The campus also houses an ambulance for medical emergency purposes.  

The campus is well connected with Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi provides 24*7 internet access to teachers and students for their benefit.

The University has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
