ToggleCLAT 2025 Registration began on July 15, 2024. The exam is set for December 1, 2024. CLAT, or Common Law Admission Test, is a national entrance exam organized by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The wait for CLAT 2025 Registration is finally over. It has officially started!
This exam allows students to apply for a 5-year integrated LLB (UG) and a one-year LLM (PG) law program. There are 24 NLUs offering UG courses and 21 NLUs offering PG courses. Candidates who have completed Class 12 or hold a bachelor’s degree can apply.

CLAT 2025 Exam Pattern
Here candidates can check the complete CLAT exam pattern 2025 to prepare better for the exam:
- The exam will be conducted offline using pen and paper. It will include Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and subjective questions.
- There will be 5 sections in the question paper for undergraduate courses.
- Candidates will have 2 hours to complete the exam.
- The exam will be in English only.
- A total of 120 questions will be asked for both undergraduate and postgraduate exams.
- Each correct answer will earn 1 mark, while 0.25 marks will be taken away for each wrong answer.
