The University of Cincinnati maintains three campuses namely, West Campus, Medical Campus, and Victory Parkway Campus. The West Campus is the main campus of the university and houses 62 buildings. The second campus, Medical Campus, is home to about 19 buildings. It houses the College of Health Sciences and Nursing, College of Medicine, and Winkle College of Pharmacy.

The total enrolment at the University of Cincinnati for the year 2019-20 saw a new all-time record of 46, 338 students, of which 3,518 were from international countries. To promote education for all, the university also provides a variety of scholarships and grants ranging from $1,500 to full tuition coverage.
