G Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology (GPCET) is situated in the coastal state of Andhra Pradesh and is considered to be one of the renowned engineering institutions of the state. Established in 2007, the college currently offers B.Tech in 5 specializations, M.Tech and a MBA programs with a total yearly intake of 750 students. The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Ananthapur.

For admission to B.Tech, candidates should have passed 10+2 in science stream with minimum 50% marks in PCM.
For M. Tech admission, candidates should possess BE or B.Tech degree with at least 50% aggregate in marks.
Candidates with 50% marks in bachelors in any discipline can apply for the MBA program.
Candidates applying for B.Techare required to apply through AP-EAMCET.
M. Tech candidates can apply with their GATE score. If a valid GATE score is not available, candidates are required to qualifyAP-PGECET.
Application forms for both the courses can be filled and submitted online through the respective application portals.

GPCET Kurnool UG Admission 2022

GPCET Kurnool offersB.Tech in 5 disciplines viz. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science& Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to B.Techis passing 10+2 in science stream with a minimum of 50% marks is physics, chemistry and mathematics taken together.

Candidates are sdhortlistedon the basis of marks obtained in the state level engineering exam (AP EAMCET).
The final list of selected candidates is announced upon completion of the AP EAMCET counselling process.
Allotment of seats and study center is subject to rank/score secured by the candidate in the entrance exam.

GPCET Kurnool PG Admission 2022

GPCET offers MBA program and M.Techin 3 disciplines at the post-graduate level. For admission to M.Tech programs, it is mandatory for the applicant to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/ B.Tech) in the relevant or allied discipline along with a valid GATE score based on which selection is done. Applicants without a valid GATE score are required to appear for APPGECET.

For the MBA program, a graduate degree with minimum 50% marks is the required eligibility criteria. Selection of candidates for the MBA program is done on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.

Candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be required to appear for the counselling process in order to secure a seat in the institution.
Seats are allotted based on the applicant’s performance in the entrance test and marks secured in the concerned qualifying exam.
GATE qualifiers, MBA and MCA candidates do not require to take the entrance test.

Application forms can be obtained from the college’s admission cell upon payment of the requisite application fee. Only offline mode of submission for completed application form and fee payment is recognized by the institute.

For management quota admissions, selections are subject to merit.

For candidates belonging to reserved categories, there is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum required percentile in the last qualifying exam
Seats for APPGECET candidates are opened only after filling of seats for GATE candidates.

GPCET Kurnool Application Process 2022

Candidates applying for admission to B.Tech programs can register themselves through APEAMCET website. It is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to B.Tech program to appear for APEAMCET. Candidates are selected on the basis of APEAMCET score/rank, followed by counselling.

M. Tech candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam, provided the applicant has a valid GATE score. In the absence of a GATE rank, the applicant is required to appear in AP PGECET. Interested candidates can apply for GATE or AP PGECET through the respective official websites for the examination.

For admission to MBA, candidates canapply by requesting a copy of the application form or by collecting it in person directly from the institute’s admission cell. Application fee for MBA registrations can be paid in cash or Demand Draft.

Gym

The College has a main gym in the Physical Education Department. The gym is equipped with the latest equipment. The gym facility is available for students as well as faculty. The main gym has a huge variety of weights, machines, and bars.
Library

The college Library is considered one of the most resourceful centers on the college premises it caters to the disciplines of basic sciences, engineering, and technology and management courses. The library spreads over two floors and is spacious and voluminous enough to accommodate more than 36808 volumes of books. It includes Circulation Books, News Papers, Back Volumes of the Periodicals, Reference Books, Current Periodicals, etc.
Sports

The College has the facilities of Indoor Stadium with a Ball, a Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court, Table-tennis, Carrom, and Chess. The Indoor Stadium is normally kept open in the morning from 6 a.m to 8 a.m and evening 4 p.m to 7 p.m on all working days and from 6 a.m to 6 p.m on holidays.
Cafeteria

The campus is provided with a relaxing and comfortable canteen. The canteen not only provides the students of the campus with mouth-watering dishes but is also one of the most happening places on the campus with all the students gathering there to discuss their new experiences on the campus. Healthy and hygienic meals are made in the college canteen by a professionally managed catering company.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Medical/Hospital

The college Health Centre is housed on the campus. Doctors visit the college for regular health checkups of students. Consultancy service is provided for students and staff with medical specialists. The students have to undergo a compulsory medical check-up before appearing for their examinations. The faculty and students are subject to a medical examination during the annual blood donation Camps arranged by NSS.
IT Infrastructure

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Transport

The college has a fleet of fifteen brisk buses from all parts of Kurnool to our college. All the students are advised to travel by the college bus, so that they may be able to attend all classes and examinations on time. Students can purchase annual bus passes in advance to use the college bus facility.
Laboratorie

The College has a state of art laboratories along with the necessary computational Skills. laboratory: Record of maintenance account is maintained by lab technicians and supervised by liODs of the concerned departments. Other measures to maintain laboratories are as follows: (i) The calibration, repairing, and maintenance of sophisticated lab equipment are done by the technicians of related owner enterprises. (ii) The laboratory equipment used is annually cleaned and maintained by the concerned departments and the record of inuinLcnanec is maintained by lab technicians and supervised by HODs of the concerned departments. (iii) I here am systematic disposal of waste of all types such as &s physical, chemical Estee.

The college Alumni Association has been a platform for the College Students to bring friends of the same batch/seniors juniors to meet and interact.
