Highly secured and well maintained Hostels with attached washrooms are situated within the Unitary campus separately for Boys. To encourage peer to peer interactions and bonding the respective Undergraduates and Postgraduates blocks are designated for the comfort of the students. Daily meals are provided to the students in the dining halls which serve fresh and nutritious food. Extra care is taken to ensure that the food is prepared with hygiene standards of the food industry. Additional facilities include – Common rooms with TVs, Recreation rooms, internet browsing rooms and reading rooms for the students who wish to burn the midnight oil.

A well – equipped gymnasium is available in the campus which is open for all students and staff.

The Central library of the institute is air-conditioned and stores a rich and vast collection of reference text books, reference material(s), interesting / rare case studies and medical journals. There are periodicals and journals as well as back volumes of both National and International publishers pertaining to the speciality branch of medical sciences subscribed. In addition to this the added benefit of browsing through the internet and downloading the developments in the field of medical science. The library houses a separate reading room that accommodates up to 150 students, where in the students are allowed to bring their own books and read. The library accommodates more than 250 students and is equipped with modular and ergonomic comfortable furniture giving privacy to each student while they read. There is a separate reading room for Postgraduate students as well as the Teaching Staff in the higher floor area. The digital reference areas is available in all the floors of the library which provides convenience for the end users to browse the internet, to review the several Digital Archives Content like E-Books, Compact Drives and Open Access to the digital library of Dr. N T R University of Health Sciences. The library doors remains open from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Be it Sports or Games and where ever you wanna play it in the indoors or on the well groomed outdoor greenery the facilities are splendid for everybody. It’s a rejoicing view to see students, faculty and the children of the staff playing in the huge spacious grounds of KIMS campus. We have our medals and trophies hanging on the walls and in memoirs of the name sign boards in the Intra and Inter University level championships. Students of KIMS have also been among the National Events participants and Team Event Medal winners. We pride ourselves to be one of the Institute to win the Volleyball Championship Trophy in the State Level for Second Highest number of times.
