University School of Information, Communication and Technology

The University School of Information, Communication & Technology has been established to design and implement courses with a twin objective of generating effective professionals and to keep pace with the R & D activities of this fast emerging and changing field of Information & Communication Technology. The school aims at inculcating essential skills as demanded by the global software industry, through the interactive learning process. This includes team-building skills, audio-visual presentations and personality development programmes. These enhance analytic and communication skills, besides inculcating the virtues of self-study.

University School of Information, communication and Technology, New Delhi was established in the year 1998. It is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and is a government institute. In the year 2016, the University School of Information & Technology and University School of Engineering and Technology merged. NACC has credited the college as Grade A. It is located in the city of Dwarka, New Delhi. It is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The institute offers various courses at UG, PG and Research levels like B. Voc, M. Tech, B. Tech, MCA courses. For B. tech, admission is based on valid JEE examination; for M.tech, candidates must sit for the GATE examination and for MCA admission is based on NIMCET.

University School of Information Communication and Technology, Delhi provides various infrastructural facilities for students and faculty members. USICT Delhi facilities include separate hostels for both boys and girls and the hostels have basic facilities for students. USICT Delhi has a library that is equipped with a wide collection of books, reference books, journals, magazines, periodicals etc. The institute has a spacious auditorium, and it is a venue where conferences, workshops and seminars are held. USICT Delhi facilities also include a cafeteria that provides delicious and healthy food items to students at nominal rates. The institute offers medical facilities for students and staff members. Other USICT Delhi facilities are sports facilities, IT infrastructure, laboratories etc.

Boys Hostel
