Nirma University Courses

Nirma University B.Tech, B.Pharm & B.Arch Admission 2022

Nirma University offers full-time B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Pharm courses in various specializations. B.Tech admissions are granted through JEE Main and ACPC. NATA qualified candidates can apply for B.Arch while admissions are also offered through ACPC. B.Pharm admission is completely based on the test conducted by ACPC.

Application form can be filled online by obtaining the PIN number from any of the designated Kotak Mahindra Bank. After obtaining the PIN number, candidates have to visit the official website of Nirma University in order to fill the application form. The application fee can be paid by Credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking.

Nirma University UG Admission 2022: B.Des, BBA+MBA, BA-LL.B & B.Com-LL.B

Nirma University also offers B.Des, Integrated MBA, Integrated LL.B and B.Com (Hons.) courses at UG level. Admission to BBA+MBA is based on the score in UGAT followed by an Interview and performance in class XII. Final merit will be determined based on the following criteria:

Weightage of UGAT score: 50%
Weightage of performance in Personal Interview: 30%
Academic performance in XII Standard: 20%

CLAT qualified candidates are eligible to apply for Integrated LL.B course. B.Des admission is based the Written Test followed by an Interview and Portfolio Review. Merit is the only criteria to secure admission in B.Com (Hons.) program.

Personal Interview of candidates will evaluate general awareness, aptitudes and interests; quality of responses to social and cultural issues etc. Candidate’s ability to articulate thoughts through creative work done by the student (portfolio) may be shown to the Interview panel.
For the BBA-MBA course, admission under PIO/ NRI (Self)/ FN and CWGC categories will be granted on the basis of merit only.
15% seats are reserved for NRI (Self)/ FN/ PIO CIWGC-SEA, 20% for Gujarat State and 65% for all India category.

Nirma University M.Tech, MBA & M.Pharm Admission 2022

Nirma University offers M.Tech (Regular and External), MBA and M.Pharm courses in various disciplines for the duration of two years. M.Tech admission is based on GATE while Non-GATE score holders are selected through Nirma University Entrance Test.

MBA admissions are based on a valid score in CAT and GMAT for the candidates belonging to PIO & FN categories. GPAT qualified candidates are eligible to apply for M.Pharm while Non-GPAT candidates need to appear in the Written Test conducted by the university.

Fill the application form carefully and pay the non-refundable application fees via net banking/credit card/debit card.
NRI/NRI Sponsored/ PIO holding gulf passports/Foreign students/Gulf Countries/South East Asia candidates can also apply through online mode.

Offline Mode: For offline process, download the application form from the official website and send it to the university address with Demand Draft of INR 1500 in favor of ‘Institute of Management, Nirma University’ payable at Ahmedabad.

Nirma University also offers M.Sc, LL.M and MCA (Regular and Lateral) courses in various disciplines. MCA admission is done through ACPC and M.Sc through the Written Test conducted by Nirma University. LL.M admission is granted on the basis of score in PG CLAT followed by an Interview. Gor Non-PG CLAT students, Institute of Law, Nirma University conducts ILNU Law Entrance Test.

Nirma University Ph.D. Admission 2022

Nirma University offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. program in the faculties of Engineering, Management, Science, Law, Pharmacy and Architecture. Admission is done on the basis of an entrance test followed by an interview.

UGC-NET (Including JRF) UGC-CSIR NET (Including JRF) SLET / GATE / GPAT passed candidates can also apply for admission. Teacher fellowship holder or who have passed M.Phil program will be exempted from appearing in the entrance test and deemed to be qualified for personal interview.

Ph.D. Entrance Test will consist 50% questions from Research Methodology and 50% from subject-specific Knowledge. Students have to secure at least 50% marks in the entrance test.

Boys Hostel

Nirma University has boys hostels at the campus for the accommodation of students. The rooms of boys hostels are well furnished and offer a comfortable stay to the students.
Girls Hostel

The campus of the varsity has separate hostels for girls students. All the basic facilities are available at girls hostels for students. Girls hostels are well-furnished and provide a homely environment to the students.
Gym

The university has a well equipped modern gymnasium.
Library

The library of the university has ample number of books and journals for students. Along with the books and journals, the Nirma University library also houses an electronic and digital resources section that contains papers, magazines and several other study materials to refer to. The library has an attached reading room in the library premises where students can read and study at their own comfortable time. The reading room is separated from the complex in a quieter section for students to study in.
Sports

Nirma University has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. Students can play badminton, cricket, table tennis, football etc. during free time.
Cafeteria

The university has a cafeteria that provide hygienic and healthy vegetarian food. For hostel students, an individual mess is also present at the campus.

To host academic and non-academic events of the university, a well furnished auditorium equipped with the latest technology is there in Nirma University campus.

A medical centre is present within university premises. Basic first aid is provided to students, staff and faculty members at the medical centre.
