The institute is also affiliated to several reputed universities and apex bodies like Board of Technical Education Lucknow, Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. There are a total of 14 courses that are offered at the GN Group of Institutes Greater Noida in the field of Engineering, Management, Law and Pharmacy out of which, 10 are UG courses, 2 are PG courses and diploma courses. The aforementioned affiliating universities offer the degrees. All the programmes are offered in regular mode only. There is no entrance exam which the GN Group of Institutes conducts for admission into its programmes, but for B.Tech admissions, it accepts JEE Main scores.
