Amritsar Group of Colleges Admission

Step 1: Visit the official website of the college and go to the ‘Admission’ tab.

Step 2: Log in to the admission portal and fill the application form with all the required details.

Step 3: Upload the mandatory documents and pay the application fee of INR 1,000 via online mode.

Step 4: Submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.

Selection Criteria

At AGC, the admission to the following courses (for the session 2021) is based on AGC NEST (National Entrance Scholarship Exam) offering the scholarship up to INR 1.5 Lac. These courses are B. Tech, BBA, BCA, BHMCT, BA, B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.), B.Com (Hons.), MCA, MBA, B.Pharm, BA LLB and LLB.
To take admission to B.Tech-LEET or B.Pharm-LEET, the marks obtained in a previously completed Diploma will be considered. No Entrance Exam is required but a candidate has to register online.
Admission to B. Voc Courses i.e. B. Voc. (Hospitality & Catering Management/Automobile Servicing/Software Development), B. Tech ECE and D.Pharmacy is based on the marks obtained in higher secondary i.e. 12th class. There will be “No Entrance Exam” for these courses but a candidate has to register online.

Library: The Central Library houses in 625 sq. ft. area of the College campus and consists of an adequately rich collection of books and literature, rich with the collection of over 67, 500 books. In addition, a digital library is part of the main central library and has access to 22 computers and more than 400 non-printed materials for the fulfillment of the requirements of the students.

Medical Facilities: A dispensary and health center has been set up within the campus where students, faculty, and other staff members can avail of free medical services. The doctor on call service is available for all on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The college has also signed MOUs with various prestigious hospitals in the city for better health checkups and vaccinations.

Sports: The sports department of ACET stresses physical activities like running, jumping, and stretching that are instrumental in the constructive expenditure of energy. Students are encouraged to play sports like Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Swimming, Football, Athletics, and Kabaddi. The sports department at ACET provides top facilities for sports to all students.
