Applicants must keep the following documents with them in order to get admission in Okanagan College.

- Any other conditions noted in the admission letter must be satisfied by July 15 for the September semester

English and program specific requirements
Applicants to diploma, degree and certificate programs whose first language is not English must submit documentation of one of the following:

How, where and when to apply?
The deadline for applications is June 30. Documents must be submitted by July 15 for the September semester.
- Students must check their admission and graduation requirements for the course in which they seek admission in.
- On meeting the admission criteria, students may apply online on the Okanagan College website or by downloading the international student application.
- Gather the documents: You are required to attach all supporting documentation to your application. Please note that transcripts must be in English or translated into English by an official translator.
- Upload your documents and save and label them
- All secondary/high school transcripts in one file.
- English language proficiency documents (IELTS, TOEFL, LPI or other) into one file
- All post-secondary documents (transcripts, degrees, diplomas or certificates) in one file
- Copy of your valid passport
Application fee
Complete the online application process:
- The non-refundable fee for processing an international student application is $100 CAD and it must be paid at the time of application
- You can apply for 2 programs per application.
- You must attach all supporting documents to your application when you apply.
- Students may pay the application fee in any one of the following ways:

- Cash or cheque in person
- Credit card accepted via Flywire or in person at Okanagan College
- International wire transfer
- Arrange for your accommodation

Residence cost
- There are a number of housing options available for international students.
- Students can choose to live on-campus in Skaha Place (student residence) or live off campus in a homestay.
- Students can also arrange their own accommodations off campus.
