Saveetha Engineering College is affiliated to Anna University and is approved by AICTE. Saveetha Engineering College Chennai is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The mission and vision of the college is to provide quality education and create professionals to serve the society and the nation.The college also provides many facilities like well-furnished classrooms, labs, hostels and many more. All classrooms, labs, hostels and buses are fully air-conditioned. The campus is fully WiFi enabled and there are nanomaterial fabrication centre, communication skills laboratory and advanced machining centre.
The courses are offered at various undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D levels. The offered courses are B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, M.B.A, M.S and Ph.D. All the courses are affiliated to Anna University and approved by AICTE. In Saveetha Engineering College , faculty student ratio is maintained at 1:13. Teaching-learning method in Saveetha Engineering College is fostered by MILA (Multiple Interactive Learning Algorithm) and Moodle- Learning Management System (LMS). Subharti University (SVSU) was established under section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission (U.G.C.) Act, 1956, under Swami Vivekanand Subharti Vishwavidhaylaya, Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam, 2008 (U.P.
