The registration window for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2024 will be closed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today, December 20. To apply for AISSEE 2024, students can visit the official website exams.nta.ac.in. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on January 28.
The registration fee for candidates belonging to the general category is Rs 650 whereas SC, ST category candidates have to pay Rs 500.
As per the eligibility criteria to appear for the exam, for Class 6, students should be between 10 and 12 years as on March 31, 2024. For Class 9, students should be between 13 and 15 years as on March 31, 2024 and should have passed Class 8 from a recognised school. Admission to girls in both classes will be based on the availability of vacancies.
How to apply for AISSEE 2024?
1. Access the official AISSEE website at exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/.
2. Select the registration link and proceed with your registration.
3. Complete the application form and upload the necessary documents.
4. Make the payment for the applicable fee and submit your application.
5. Download the form and obtain a physical copy by printing it out.
The AISSEE 2024 application correction window will be initiated by the NTA on December 22 and will conclude on December 24, following the revised schedule. Applicants will have the opportunity to rectify any errors in the information provided in their online application form through the correction window. Additionally, candidates will be able to upload the accurate documents during this specified period.
