Selection Criteria

B.Tech. Admissions: Seats are allotted to the students through Counselling process where rank secured in the UPSEE is considered. So the selection is purely based on merit.
MBA Admissions: Seats are allotted to students based on merit in the qualifying examination.
Diploma in Media Courses( Electronic Media and Film Production, Journalism and Mass Communication) Admissions: Applicants must attend for a written test conducted by the college followed by a interview.
Admissions for short term Courses: Applicant’s must appear for an interview before taking up the program. Students are Shortlisted based on the performance.

Boys Hostel
The college has Ultra Modern Hostels for Boys are available on the campus. All rooms are spacious, well ventilated, illuminated, air-cooled, and well furnished. All 4 seater rooms have an attached bathroom with a hot water facility. 3 Seater rooms have traditional common bathrooms with a hot water facility. All rights of permission to avail the Residential Facility are reserved with the Institutes and can be denied to any student without assigning any reason. No student shall be entitled to claim this facility as a matter of right. Residential Facility will be offered on a First Come First Serve basis, or otherwise as decided by the Institutes. The location of the Residential Facility, floor, and room pattern are subject to change from time to time. Surprise inspection can be held anytime without any prior notice. Healthy food is prepared under the supervision of the dietician. Students keep themselves fit by playing games like Cricket, Football, Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, etc. Well, Equipped Gymnasium is also available on the campus. 24 X 7 power backup and Wi-Fi internet connectivity (120 Mbps) supplements the hostel life. The whole campus is under CCTV surveillance and an active team of Security Staff Hostel and Mess charges includes daily three meals, Wi-Fi internet, 24 X 7 power backup, Gymnasium, and other hostel amenities.

- For SC/ST candidates the tuition fees, book bank charges, University and Mess fees can be totally reimbursed if their parents earn less than RS.2,00,000 as annual income.
- For OBC/GEN/Minority students the tuition fees can be reimbursed that is of about RS.40,000 as per Government college if their parents earn less than RS.2,00,000 as annual income.
Merit Cum Means Scholarship: A tuition fee of RS.25,000 for day scholars and Rs.30,000 for hostellers can be waived with this MOMA scholarship for the minority students whose parents earn less than RS.2,00,000 per annum.
Samaj Kalyan Scholarship: Bihar State SC/ST students can apply for reimbursement of tuition, book bank, University and Mess fees if their parents earn less than RS.2,00,000 per annum.
