UG Courses & Admissions

Rayat Bahra University offers B.A, B.Sc., B.Tech, B. Com, BCA, B.Pharm., B.Voc., BHM, BHMCT, BBA, and LLB degree courses at the undergraduate level.

To apply for B.Tech. and B.Sc. courses, candidates must have passed Class XII or equivalent exam from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology as subjects with minimum of 50% marks. Students must have passed Class XII in Science or Commerce with Mathematics or Statistics with minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for other courses.

For the LLB program, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 50% marks. Admission to all the undergraduate courses is done on the basis of marks scored in Class XII and/or Personal Interview.

PG Courses & Admissions

Rayat Bahra University offers MA, M.Tech, M.Sc., MCA, MBA, MHMCT, MTTM, LL.M., and M.Pharma degree courses at the postgraduate level.

Candidates applying for a Postgraduate degree program must have a graduation/bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject(s) or equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA to be eligible to apply for the postgraduate degree program.

Rayat Bahra University Admission

Rayat Bahra University offers more than 90 UG, PG, Ph.D., and diploma courses in Engineering & Technology, Management Studies, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Law, Sciences, and Social Sciences.

Candidates have to apply online through the official website of the university.
Those applying for undergraduate level and dual degree courses should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
To apply for the postgraduate level degree courses, candidates must be a graduate and have a bachelor’s degree.
For the B.Tech program, applicants must have appeared.
Admission to all the courses is done based on marks secured in the highest level of education.
For admission to BBA, LLB, MBA, and the Ph.D. courses, a personal interview is also conducted by the University to shortlist candidates.
Selection of candidates for M. Tech is done based on GATE.

The highest CTC of INR 9 LPA was offered during the placements drive at Rayat Bahra University Placement 2021. More than 240 students from Management got placed this year. The Hotel Management stream got a 100% placement record in the placement drive. 72% of the Pharmacy 2019-2021 batch, 73.4% of the B.tech & other undergraduate & Diploma batches were offered placements.

During Rayat Bahra University Placements 2020, more than 350 companies visited the campus to participate in the placement drive. Among them, 176 companies from Engineering & Technology sector, 91 Management & Computer Application companies, 27 Hotel Management companies, 43 companies from Pharm & Health Science sector & 13 Law & Education related companies visited the place.

Significant number of placements were witnessed in 2020 Placements. 79% of the B.Tech batch, 92% of the MBA batch, 80% of the Pharmacy & 99% of the Hotel Management batch were placed during the placements. The highest CTC of INR 25 LPA was offered at Rayat bahra University Placements 2020.
