Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University was established in 2009. The university is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The campus of M J R P U is spread across 100 acre. It is a private-owned university. The programmes offered by the university are approved by the NCTE, PCI, BCI, and UGC. It offers approximately 290 courses across different disciplines namely Management, Architecture, Fashion Designing, Journalism, Science, Engineering, Education, Law, Agriculture, and Home Science, etc. It is the first private university in Rajasthan that is recognised as the Scientific Industrial Research Organization (SIROs) by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR).
Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University has an international collaboration with Macmillan Research Group (UK) for offering international co-publication and scholarship opportunities. The campus of MJRPU has a hostel, various reading rooms and library, laboratories, transportation facilities, seminar hall, and hostel. MJRPU also offers scholarships to deserving and meritorious students.
