The Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar was established in 2007 by the Parliament of India through the Central Universities Act (2009), Central University of Gujarat. The Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). The Central University of Gujarat is commonly known as CUG and accredited by NAAC with a grade of ‘B++’. The Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar houses 11 schools namely the School of Chemical Sciences (SCS), School of Applied Material Sciences (SAMS), School of Education, School of Environment and Sustainable Development (SESD), School of International Studies (SIS), School of Language, Literature and Culture Studies (SLL&CS), School of Library and Information Sciences (SLS), School of Life Sciences (SLS), School of Nano Sciences (SNS), School of National Security Studies (SNSS) and School of Social Sciences (SSS).

- Internal Complaints Committee- This committee of Christ University registers and addresses the internal issues faced by the college community. It tries to resolve the issues by taking necessary measures.
- Centre for Social Action (CSA)- CSA has been promoting volunteerism and enabling students to develop as socially responsible citizens by involving them in social development initiatives both in campuses and marginalized communities. It envisions that every student will be aware, sensitive and empathetic and contributing to sustainable changes in society.
- Centre for Sustainable Education and Development- This centre associate with academicians, research scholars, alumni, voluntary organisations, corporate and government departments interested in developing sustainability model towards education.
- Centre for Concept Design- This centre was started to make digital video courses and support faculty members with digital teaching methodology. More than 100 faculty members are trained on how to prepare digital video sessions. They are given hands-on experience too.
- Centre for Publications- This centre publishes books, journals and conference proceedings that are specialised in academic subjects to communicate the development in respective fields through the latest hypotheses and research results to the academic community.
- Centre for Digital Innovation- This centre enables the students to participate in international innovation contests and offers courses and internships on cutting edge technologies.
CMS College of Science and Commerce, Coimbatore was established by the CMS Educational and Charitable Trust, a non-profit organisation in the year 1988. It is also known as CMS College. In the year 2007, the college received the accolade of autonomy. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi and is recognised by the University Grants Commission. The college was ranked 82 in the college category by the NIRF in the year 2020. CMS College, Kottayam
CMS College was founded in 1817 is one of the top colleges in Kerala with 21 departments, the College offers programs in almost all academic fields in arts and sciences.
