The application process for CUET PG 2024 has commenced on the official website of the National Testing Agency at pgcuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates are required to submit their registration form for CUET PG before the deadline of January 24, 2024. The application fee for CUET PG must be paid online by the aspirants.

Candidates from the general background are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,200, while those from the Gen-EWS category must pay Rs 1,000. On the other hand, candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and third gender categories are required to pay Rs 900. The CUET PG entrance exam will be conducted for admission to approximately 195 participating universities. The exam for CUET PG 2024 will take place from March 11 to 28, 2024, enabling admission to central universities and other participating institutions.

The CUET PG examination will be administered in an online (computer-based) mode, divided into three shifts. The first shift will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., followed by the second shift from 12:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and finally, the third shift from 4:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. The CUET PG exam will comprise of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) that will evaluate the candidates’ comprehensive ability, general awareness, mathematical aptitude, and analytical skills.

In the year 2023, the CUET PG exam witnessed a registration of 459,083 students, with 209,740 being male, 249,332 being female, and 11 identifying as transgender. Furthermore, the distribution among categories was as follows: 166,548 students from the general category, 52,088 from the SC category, 38,767 from the ST category, 163,807 from the OBC category, and 37,873 from the EWS category.
