Dr Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) is a private educational institution situated in Pollachi, Coimbatore District. MCET was established in 1998 to commemorate the 75th Birthday of the great visionary, Arutchelvar Dr N. Mahalingam. The college is affiliated to Anna University, and its courses are approved by AICTE. The college offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Engineering and Technology. It also offers programmes in computer application and research.
Location: Dr.Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology (MCET) is located at Udumalai Road, Annamalai Nagar, Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. Fateh Chand College for Women
Fateh Chand College for Women, Hisar, commonly known as FC College or FCC Hisar, is one of the oldest and most reputed institutions for women’s higher education in Haryana. Originally established in Lahore in 1935 by Rai Fateh Chand, the college was re-established in Hisar in 1954 following the Partition of India. It is affiliated with Kurukshetra University and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Accredited with a 'B' grade by NAAC, the college has been instrumental in promoting women’s education in both urban and rural areas.
The college offers a wide range of academic programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Undergraduate courses include B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. (Medical, Non-Medical, Biotechnology, Computer Science), and more. Postgraduate programs include M.Com., M.A. in subjects such as English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Psychology, and Yoga, along with M.Sc. in Mathematics. In addition to these degree programs, the college also provides job-oriented add-on courses and postgraduate diploma programs in fields like Web Designing, Library Science, and Copy Editing.
