Amity University Lucknow campus (AULC) was established in 2004. It is a constituent unit of Amity University Noida. Amity University has multiple campuses across 11 Indian cities, including Lucknow, Greater Noida, Noida, Mumbai, Jaipur, Gurgaon, Gwalior, Raipur, Kolkata, Ranchi, and Patna. Amity University Lucknow is recognised by the University of Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Amity University Lucknow is a 40-acre state of the art campus offering various academic and infrastructure facilities. The Amity University Lucknow campus offers UGC  recognised undergraduate and postgraduate courses in a variety of disciplines.

Amity University, Lucknow is located in Malhaur Railway Station Road, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The nearest airport from the university is the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport which is located 27 km away and students can reach the campus in approximately 39 minutes. The nearest railway station from the university is the Lucknow Junction Railway Station which is located 16.5 km away and students can reach the university campus in about 30 minutes.

Amity University Gurugram was established in 2010 and is a private university. The university has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Amity University Gurugram is located in the state of Haryana and the university has a campus area of around 110 acres. The total number of students enrolled in the university is more than 4800 and the total number of faculty members is more than 350.

Amity Gurugram courses are offered at four levels - UG, PG, PG Diploma and Doctoral levels. More than 160 courses are offered by the university which includes both full time and part-time courses. Amity University Gurugram courses are offered with a large number of specialisations. The Architecture courses of the university have been accredited by the Council of Architecture and the Nursing courses have been accredited by the Indian Nursing Council.

Many scholarships are offered by the Amity University Gurugram to its students. Amity Gurugram scholarships include Fast Track admission-cum-scholarships, sports scholarships, scholarships for programmes after 10+2, etc. Amity University Gurugram placements are the responsibility of the Corporate Resource Centre. The placement department stays in touch with the industry and keeps itself up to date with the changes in the corporate sector. Various training programmes are also conducted by the department.

In 1988, the college was accorded the status of Autonomy for the Degree-level programmes by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in recognition of its excellent contribution to the cause of higher education. The degrees for both UG and PG programmes are awarded by Krishna University to which the college is affiliated.

In 2004, the college won the prestigious ‘College with Potential for Excellence’ (CPE) status from the UGC.

In September 2008, the college was re-accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, with Grade A (CGPA 3.65 out of 4.00).

During 2016, the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, New Delhi, has selected our College under Star College Scheme to extend financial support to six of our Science Departments viz. Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, Chemistry and Physics. Ours is the first and only College in both the Telugu states so far to have been selected under this Scheme
