Amity University Jaipur was established in 2008 by Amity University Rajasthan Act 2008. Amity University Jaipur is spread over 150 acres of land. Amity University Jaipur offers courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Amity University Jaipur has over 225 faculties.
Amity University Jaipur has six centres of excellence namely Amity Centre for Positivism and Happiness, Amity Centre for Converging Technology and Sciences (ACCTS), Amity Centre for Mycobacterial Disease Research (ACMDR), Yunus Social Business Centers (YSBC), Amity Centre for Ocean Atmospheric Science and Technology (Amity COAST), and Amity Interdisciplinary Centre for Climate and Research & Policy (AICCRP).

Amity University Jaipur has signed MoUs with international institutions such as York University, Florida and Centre for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies, Florida State University etc
Amity University Jaipur provides students’ labs for languages, media studies, education, pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering, hotel management, business management and scientific research to facilitate a practical learning experience. The university offers accommodation facilities to the students, the hostels are a comfortable and safe place to stay.
P.G. Campus :
Initially The P.G. Courses, M.Com(1991) and M.C.A.(1994) were launched on the College Campus. But in the year 1995 a separate P.G.Campus was inaugurated by shifting M.Com from the Main Campus. In the same year three more P.G.Courses viz., M.Sc in Maths, M.A. in Economics, M.A. in Political Science were sanctioned and commenced. Since then M.Sc. Physics (1997) M.A. History (1998), M.Sc. Computer Sciences (1999), P.G.Diploma in Management and Computer Applications (2000), M.Sc.(IS), M.Sc., Chemistry (2005) have been Gradually added. Bachelor of Computer Applications was also started in the P.G.Campus in the year 1998.All the courses run on the P.G.Campus were sanctioned by the A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad, and affiliated to Nagarjuna University. To suit the needs of class rooms, a two-storied new building Brihaspati was constructed housing Commerce Block, Computers Block and Arts Block which were inaugurated by Prof. C. Subba Rao, Chairman, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad; Sri J.Satyannarayana, Commessionar & I.G. for Registrations,Govt. of A.P. and Prof. C.V. Raghavalu, Vice-Chancellor, Nagarjuna University, respectively on 04th January, 1999. Presently, 12 sister concerned institutions are catering education needs of Guntur and surrounding areas. The institutions cover Secondary, Higher Secondary, Graduate and Post-Graduate levels of education. The disciplines offered include Humanities, Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Education and Pharmacy indeed a wide spectrum of useful and employment worthy coursesShree Manibhai Virani and Smt Navalben Virani Science College, Rajkot is an autonomous college founded by Sarvoday Kelavani Samaj, Rajkot in 1960. The college has been affiliated to Saurashtra University since 1968. Presently the college is managed by the Yogi Divine Society of Haridham in Sokhda village of Baroda. The college is approved by the UGC and the State Government of Gujarat and it is a Nodal Centre of Gujarat since 2013. The college received the 37th rank by NIRF in 2017. Since 2016 onwards the college is UGC’s DDA KUSHAL Kendra. The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated, vocational, and career-oriented courses. Career-oriented courses are based on career and market-oriented skill. This enhances the utility for the job, self-employment and empowerment of students. These courses are flexible and introduced a flexible system of Certificate/Diploma programmes which run parallel to the mainstream courses, which include B.Sc./BCA./M.Sc.

Clubs and Committees:
Internal Quality Assurance Cell: The aim of IQAC is to plan, guide, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Enhancement activities of the Institution.
Anti Ragging Committee: Anti-Ragging Committee of Shree Manibhai Virani and Smt Navalben Virani Science College, Rajkot ensures compliance with the provisions of the regulations as well as the provisions of the law concerning ragging is in force. It also monitors and oversees the performance of the Anti-Ragging Squad in prevention of ragging in the institution. The committee makes sure there is no ragging happening on the campus.
Institution-Industry Cell: The cell gets regular inputs from the personnel from Industries for curriculum design and execution by linking the latest technology towards continuous improvement.
Entrepreneurial Cell: The objective of the cell of Shree Manibhai Virani and Smt Navalben Virani Science College, Rajkot is to provide various information with reference to starting a business to budding student entrepreneurs. It fosters better linkages between industries and R and D activities of the college and promotes innovation through the establishment of incubation centre. The cell regularly organizes camps, seminars, workshops, industrial visits and other developmental programmes.
Alumni Association: This association of Shree Manibhai Virani and Smt Navalben Virani Science College, Rajkot is dedicated to advancing innovation and technological excellence for the benefit of humanity.
NSS: NSS volunteers of Shree Manibhai Virani and Smt Navalben Virani Science College, Rajkot actively take part in a variety of activities, which include blood donation, HIV-AIDS awareness, family life education, functional literacy, help for the visually impaired, college-campus cleanliness, skill development and leadership and personality development.
